The Loyalty Club program is a partnership between Haines (and Wheeler), our Loyalty Club members and our suppliers. The program focuses on providing business resources to help our independent retailers drive more consumer traffic while also rewarding them for buying products through Haines.
The Loyalty Club program is geared specifically for independent retailers who are not aligned with any other national buying group or program. For a nominal fee, the Loyalty Club offers benefits such as product rebates, sales and product training, an annual Summit meeting, four exclusive sale events and a comprehensive marketing and advertising package including consumer financing programs and a free customized website.
We also work closely with our suppliers to provide unique and competitive incentive programs exclusive to Loyalty Club members.

ANNUAL LOYALTY CLUB SUMMIT
Our annual Summit is a great venue to learn about the latest products, installation techniques and best business practices while networking with professionals from all categories of the floor covering industry. Each HLC member receives one night of free lodging, meals and meeting materials for two people.
WEB SERVICES AND DEALER LOCATOR
Exclusive to our Loyalty Club dealers, we offer a robust web services program, complete with pay per click and other search engine optimization marketing techniques. Thousands of potential flooring consumers visit our flooring portal page, flooring-professionals.com, monthly. There they can learn about flooring, and also locate a dealer near them, through our exclusive dealer locator. Only Loyalty Club dealers are listed on the dealer locator. All of this is included in our annual dues.
MERCHANDISING FUNDS AND FREE MILL TRIP
The Loyalty Fund provides a set amount of dollars per membership to be used in a number of ways—from new displays and merchandising to credit for lodging for corporate trips. The funds can also be used to offset the cost to attend numerous mill tours and installation training seminars held throughout the year.
ANNUAL SALES EVENTS
You’ll have exclusive access to four yearly sales events, product pricing support over 240 days annually.
